Ana Ivanovic is seeded # 1 in the U.S. Open being played at Flushing Meadows, New York, USA starting this week. That’s only right that she is seeded # 1 in the U.S. Open since she is ranked # 1 in the world WTA rankings. Since she is steamy hot, seeded # 1, and ranked # 1, she’s gotta be hot in this tournament. No doubt about it!
Ana’s first opponent is Vera Dushevina of Russia. Even though Dushevina is ranked 57th in the world, she should be no match for Ana. The 2nd round should be heated up by Ana Ivanovic.
